Tips to spice up your apartment #1

Yesterday I spent most of the evening looking for inspiration for the new house we’re moving into soon. We never got around to doing anything here because I got sick and stayed that way for 1 1/2 year now. Luckily I’m feeling better, in general, and I’m very excited to move soon!

One of the things I would like to recommend to you this time is Tagxedo. Basically you write a text or some key words and the program makes it into a shape for you.
There are lots of shapes to choose from but it’s very easy to upload your own picture as well. And with color and font customization it’s really easy to use for any room of the house.

I’ve been playing around with a few for my son’s room but it includes his full name, so instead you’ll just see an example I made for the blog:

Tax1 Just one example out of many

This would be great for any neat, minimalistic room or messy, creative room since you decide how to make it look. Except for my son’s room, I’m considering putting one or two in the hallway and maybe the living room.

What do you think? Yay or nay? 😉

  • OMG! Definitely YAY!
I have to remember that, so I can make som posters or stuff like that. I loved your old header and I’m guessing it was made the same way? I’m definitely going to use that site, for something! 😀

    • Haha, the old one? Made in Paint! 😛 I thought it was so boring.

But it’s definitely fun to play around with, free and easy to print when you’re done.

    • Well, yeah the old one, but it looked a lot like this I think 🙂
Maybe it was boring, I don’t know, it was only black and white, but I still loved it.
Going to check out the site anyway! 🙂

    • OOOOOH, that one! Yeah, I loved that one as well. Unfortunately, after I updated something it deleted itself and I had removed the file from my computer, so I had to find another one :/
